The 2025 Chevy Blazer is a practical car that’s a great fit for families with children and teenagers alike. Each row is spacious enough for adults, and there’s lots of cargo room, too.
1. It Has Fantastic Infotainment Technology
Every Blazer has a standard 10.2-inch infotainment screen, though what technology it uses varies based on the trim. The first two trims have the Chevrolet Infotainment 3 Plus system with standard wireless smartphone connectivity. It also has cloud-connected personalization for various vehicle and infotainment settings. You can use voice commands to control compatible smartphones that are linked to the system, too.
The top two trims feature a Chevrolet Infotainment 3 Premium system with enhanced voice recognition for the system itself. The voice recognition lets you control your smartphone through the infotainment system, but you can also use voice commands to access the built-in navigation feature that’s exclusive to trims with the Premium system.
2. It Has Ample Room for Passengers and Cargo
The driver and every passenger get to ride in comfort in the Blazer. The front row has 41 inches of legroom, and the rear has 39.6 inches of it, letting this car serve your family as your children go from small kids to tall teenagers and adults.
You also have lots of places to put your personal belongings, including rear door pockets, front door ledges, a storage bin at the rear of the console, and a cubby at the front of the center console. Larger cargo can be put into the 30.5 cubic feet of space behind the rear seats. When the back row is empty, you can fold it down to expand the Blazer’s cargo capacity to 64.2 cubic feet.
3. It Has a Great Towing Capacity
If you get a Blazer with the available Trailering Package and the 3.6-liter V6 engine, then you’ll be able to tow up to 4,500 pounds. This engine is standard in the RS, and it’s available in the 3LT and Premier trims.
4. It Has Chevy Safety Assist
Chevy Safety Assist adds several driver assistance features to every Blazer model. These include features that help you determine a safe distance to keep between you and the car ahead, automatically switch between the high and low beams at night, warn you if you’re leaving your lane without using your turn signal, and alert you of potential head-on collisions so you have the chance to brake and avoid a crash.
